It was our first time travelling to Bali so we had many questions and Janelle was super wonderful in answering them. I live in Townsville so not anywhere near Janelle but it didn't matter one bit as we communicated through email, phone and messenger. I received a pack in the mail with all our travel documents which was great! When we were in Bali one the volcano's went off causing issues with flights lucky we were already in Bali but Jenelle messaged me reassuring us she was monitoring the situation and would keep us updated with any changes. “Experience of a life time! We recently had the honour of traveling overseas to fulfil some Bucket List items. Our travel friends suggested we go through Travel Managers with Janelle Beucker. Janelle made the holiday organisation so easy and helped with ideas along the way. The information she gave us was concise and well organised. One thing that stood out was her remark when we were ready to leave, "Just because your trip has nearly started, I will be with you until you get home, if there are any problems please get in contact with me, you are not alone". There were some minor issues that had nothing to do with her organising just illness or clerical on someone else's part, but true to her work Janelle got it sorted. “A thoughtful itinerary and accommodation! Janelle Beucker organised most of our holiday in the UK September/October this year. Our return flights Brisbane Heathrow/Edinburgh Stockholm/Stockholm Brisbane went smoothly. Our hotel bookings (London, Oxford, Bakewell, Harrogate, Thirsk, Dumfries and Edinburgh) were very nice and what we had asked for and some were better. Train bookings London to Oxford and Oxford to Shrewsbury were no problem. Our car hire went smoothly with helpful staff - the only thing I would say is if you’re driving on the smaller narrow roads in England make sure your car is not too big. I think this was a problem with the hire company as it was what they had available. As you can see from our rating it was very enjoyable with no hiccups!”
