From the main attractions such as the Pyramids, the Valley of the Kings and Abu Simbel through to the ‘off the track’ adventures of 4 wheel driving through the Sahara or trekking up Mt Sinai for the most awe inspiring sunrise, the trip that Cath put together was everything we could have asked for. On top of all that was her fun-seeking approach, yet professional and controlled management of everything from airport and hotel check-in to interfacing with the local guides and operators.
