Win one of four $250 Prezzee e-Gift Vouchers

TravelManagers Australia Pty Ltd – August 2024

1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is TravelManagers Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 35 113 085 626) of Level 12, 280 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills NSW 2010 (Promoter).
3. Where TravelManagers Australia conducts a game of chance competitions, the winners are based on random selection.
4. TravelManagers Australia is authorised to conduct this trade promotion lottery under each state / territory in Australia. According to the prize value, permits are not required.
5. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged eighteen years or over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.
6. Promotion start and end date:
   1. Promotion commences on 20 August 2024.
   2. Promotion closes on 1 October 2024.
   3. Duration of promotion is 6 weeks.
7. Draw:
   1. The random prize draw will take place on 15 October 2024 (2 weeks after promotion has ended) at Level 12, 280 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills.
   2. Only the winners will be notified by phone call or email via their personal travel manager and must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Re-allocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.
8. How to enter:
   1. Customers who book any of the New Zealand Holidays as advertised in the Christchurch the 4-Highways Promotion will automatically go into the draw.
   2. Customers will receive one entry per booking.
9. Prize:
   1. There will be four winners in total winning a $250 money card each.
   2. Total prize for the promotion is $1,000.
   3. The winners will receive the e-gift card 2 weeks after the draw date via email address provided.
   4. The winners will receive a Prezzee Gift Voucher to the value of $250.
   5. Prezzee eGift Card Terms and Conditions:
      1. The Prezzee Smart eGift card can only be exchanged for individual retailer gift cards online.
      2. These individual retailer gift cards can be redeemed in-store or online, dependent on retailer terms and conditions.
      3. Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any Gift Card.
      4. TravelManagers Australia is not responsible for any purchases made on the card.
10. In the event that the booking is cancelled or changed to no longer include an NZ Holiday, the prize will be forfeited.
11. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
14. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, during business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
16. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
17. Terms and conditions of any prize tickets must be adhered to. Some events have age restrictions, and these must also be adhered to.
18. Prizes can only be sent to addresses in Australia and will be emailed.
19. These Terms and Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
