Travel starts long before you leave home. Whether it’s for a holiday with loved ones, a bucket list adventure or your next business trip, researching and booking all your arrangements can be time consuming and overwhelming –

• Itinerary Planning Fee – from $150 – hours of expertise go into the research of trips; this allows me to dedicate this time to you. This is a non-refundable fee for my assistance.
• **International Air booking: $170 p/ticket
• **International Round World Air booking: $250 p/ticket
• International Air changes before the ticket is issued: nil
• International Air changes after ticket is issued: $35  p/ticket p/change in addition to airline charges
• **Domestic Air booking: $50 p/ticket
• **Domestic tickets in other countries: $50 p/ticket
• Domestic Air changes before the ticket is issued: nil
• Domestic Air changes after ticket is issued: $35  p/ticket p/change in addition to airline charges
• **Trans-Tasman Air Booking: $55 p/ticket
• Refund Processing: $50 p/ticket in addition to airline charges
• Booking Cancellation: Any commission & booking fees charged are non-refundable
• Frequent Flyer Award Redemptions International: $250 p/ticket
• Frequent Flyer Award Redemptions Domestic:  $150 p/ticket
• Visa Processing fee: $60 per person
• Overseas originating travel: $150 p/ticket
• Amendment fees for land bookings once confirmed: $35 – $50 per change in addition to operator charges
• After Hours & Weekend Service: $100 per hour or part thereof
• **Most airlines no longer pay commissions to travel agents. Therefore, we now charge a service fee to cover the costs of booking, ticketing and managing your flights.
