Smok’d Tours is a boutique tour company specialising in tickling your taste buds with food and beverage tasting experiences. We are creating tours that will allow to experience the different regions of the worlds unique tastes. They are escorted tours with many inclusions but still give you time to explore what each city has to offer.
Our first tour is a Bourbon and BBQ Tour through Louisville, Nashville and Memphis. You get to explore the Bourbon capital of the world and mix that it with some unique styles of the USA BBQ.
We have also launched a 3 day tour for the Brisbane locals, with some unique tastes of Bundaberg. Bundy, more than just Rum.

The Story
The idea of Smok’d Tours came about at a Texas Tourism night when one of the founders sprouted the idea of how fun it would be to go and experience the different regions of the USA while eating and drinking the local delicacies. From there the first tour concept of a Bourbon and BBQ Tour was created and Smok’d Tours was born.
The Founders
Mark Knight is an experienced Travel agent who has a love of BBQ. He doesn’t only just love eating it but also experimenting with different methods/styles of cooking it. He has been known to cook up feasts for family and friends.
Warren Parkes is also an experienced Travel Agent but also unrelated a Registered Pharmacist as well. He has a love of Bourbon and might have been known to enjoy it a bit too much on occasions. He does enjoy to eat all styles of BBQ but is also know for his unique way of eating chicken wings.
The Experience
At Smok’d Tours we choose hotels that are close to the action so you can easily walk to the sights. Breakfast is included each morning and a number of food experiences where you can experience the tastes of the region. Although we have many organised activities/inclusions, there still is time to explore with free time in each city.
