Christmas 2024 Trivia & Win Promotion

TravelManagers Australia Pty Ltd – April 2024

1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is TravelManagers Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 35 113 085 626) of Level 12, 280 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills NSW 2010 (Promoter).
3. Where TravelManagers Australia conducts a game of chance competitions, the winners are based on random selection.
4. TravelManagers Australia is authorised to conduct this trade promotion lottery under each state / territory in Australia. This is a Game of Skill and therefore, , permits are not required.
5. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged eighteen years or over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.
6. Promotion start and end date and draw:
   1. Promotion commences on Monday 18 November 2024
   2. Promotion closes on Monday 16 December 2024; running for 4 weeks.
   3. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 18 December 2024 (2 days after the promotion has ended) at Level 12, 280 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills. Only the winner will be notified by phone call or email via their personal travel manager, and must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Re-allocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.
7. The promotion will be online on https://www.travelmanagers.com.au/.
8. How to enter for our consumer: Every entry will also put your travel managers into a draw to win a gift voucher. Here is how you can enter to win and win your travel manager a voucher:
   1. Answer the 10 Christmas Travel Trivia questions correctly.
   2. Tell us the name of your Personal Travel Manager.
   3. Tell us in 25 words or less “what destination did your travel manager plan for you and what did they do that helped make it all that more special”?
9. How to enter for our Personal TravelManager:
   1. Every PTM chosen by the consumer’s entry will go into a draw. The PTM with the most entries will be chosen as the winner. If there are multiple PTM’s with the same amount of entries, there will be a random draw and one winner will be chosen.
10. One entry per person.
11. Judging criteria: The person who answers the questions correctly with the most creative and unique answer will be chosen as the winner. The PTM with the most responses will go into a random draw and be chosen as the winner.
12. There will be two winners in total
    1. One winner: Consumer
    2. One winner: Personal Travel Manager
13. Prize:
    1. Prize value is a $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Card each.
    2. The total of this promotion is $200.
    3. Prize details: The winner will receive a $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Card to the value of $100.
    4. Prizes cannot be sent to a Post Office Box, the winner must have an email address.
    5. Prezzee eGift Card Terms and Conditions:
       1. The Prezzee Smart eGift card can be redeemed in-store or online, dependent on retailer terms and conditions.
       2. Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any Gift Card.
       3. TravelManagers Australia is not responsible for any purchases made on the card.
14. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
17. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter.
18. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
20. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
21. Terms and conditions of any prize tickets must be adhered to. Some events have age restrictions and these must also be adhered to.
22. Entrants agree that their answer to the entry question may be used as a testimonial for promotional material where applicable.
23. These Terms and Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
