With over 26 years of industry experience, I’m up to date on the latest trends, deals and travel regulations.

I’m here to take the stress out of your travel planning by offering an end-to-end travel management solution.

After an in-depth initial consultation, I will take care of all of the research and planning for you. I’ll help you choose the best products and services for your personal travel style. Then you’ll have my continued management and supervision of your travel arrangements. If unexpected changes arise, I’m here to manage that process for you too, saving you time and money.

Plus, when you’re travelling you can be secure knowing I’m available 24/7 in the event of an emergency.

How does it work?

As travel is a big investment, my aim is to ensure you are provided with the highest service at all times. I want to be available to provide each booking with the care and attention it deserves. As such, I limit the number of clients I work with at any one time.

I believe it’s really important to make sure we’re the right fit for each other too.

The first step is to book an obligation-free 15-minute discovery call.

If we’re a great fit, the next step will be to complete your passenger booking request forms, pay your travel management fee, and we’ll set up your first consultation call to discuss the specifics of your travel in more detail.

What is a travel management fee?

A travel management fee is payable prior to your consultation call and covers the independent research and time required to design your personalised travel itinerary. In addition, the ongoing management and supervision of your entire travel arrangements, booking progression, collation, and delivery of travel documents. The fee is commensurate with my time, expertise, knowledge, and personalised professional service.

You will receive a detailed itinerary and quote to review. Upon review and feedback, one revision is included in your initial fee. Changes beyond this may incur additional charges. If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or your travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this payment/fee is non-refundable.

Please note that when booking holiday packages, a fully itemised price breakdown may not always be possible due to wholesale package contracts.

There may be additional service fees associated with your booking. Please see the list below for full details and note that any charges of this nature will be itemised on your invoice.

Booking Service Fees

  • Travel Management fee $250 per booking *
  • Amendment fees: $55 per hour (minimum charge 1 hour)
  • Refund Processing: $55 per hour (minimum charge 1 hour)
  • Booking Cancellation: Booking service fees and any supplier commissions are non-refundable.

* The Travel Management Fee is waived for all bookings that include one of my private SoloMade tour departures.

Air Ticketing Fees – up to 30 December 2024
  • International Air tickets (per ticket): $100
  • International Air changes requiring ticket reissue: $80
  • Domestic Air booking: $35
  • Domestic Air changes requiring ticket reissue issued: $50
  • Overseas originating travel: $150
Air Ticketing Fees – from 01 January 2025
  • International Air tickets Economy / Premium Economy (per ticket): $120
  • International Air tickets Business / First Class (per ticket): $220
  • International Air changes requiring ticket reissue: $100
  • Domestic Air booking: $44
  • Domestic Air changes requiring ticket reissue issued: $55
  • Overseas originating travel: $150

*Applies to tickets issued by TravelManagers. This fee is waived where tickets are issued by a third-party supplier (such as a holiday package deal)

Miscellaneous Fees

  • Car rental booking utilising TravelManagers private rates $35
  • Preparation of documentation to support a travel insurance claim $55 per hour (minimum charge 1 hour)

24/7 Emergency Travel Assistance

Our 24/7 emergency travel assistance is available for clients experiencing critical travel issues, such as missed flights, medical emergencies, or urgent changes to accommodation that cannot wait until business hours. This service is provided at no additional cost to clients who have booked their travel arrangements through us.

Non-Emergency Assistance

For non-emergency travel concerns, such as general inquiries, changes to non-critical arrangements, or assistance with services not booked through our agency, a service fee of $120 per hour (or part thereof) applies in addition to standard booking fees

Please note: This fee also applies if you require assistance replacing services that you initially booked independently.

Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 3 pm AEST.

Please note these fees are inclusive of GST where applicable but do not include any supplier-imposed fees or charges.
