It’s important we make sure all your personal details are correct before we get started and that you are happy with your travel itinerary before we secure your travel arrangements and finalise payment with suppliers / airlines and tour operators.
Below are step-by-step instructions to help guide you through the booking process, as well as some handy travel tools.
It’s important that you read and complete each of the forms. Some forms you won’t need to fill out, some will only need to be completed once, and others will need to be done each time you travel. I am here to help you each step of the way.

This form collates your personal details and contact information for your booking file, as well as your emergency contact details.
Please complete one form per traveller. A copy of your Passport will need to be emailed (if you are travelling internationally) once this form has been completed.
The form is mandatory and must be completed at the time of deposit. This confirms you have read, understood and accepted the details in your travel Itinerary to be true and correct, and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions within your Itinerary, as well as TravelManagers T&C's and Privacy Policy.
This form confirms that you have been advised about the importance of Travel Insurance and do not wish to proceed with a policy through TravelManagers, understanding the risks.
If not purchasing insurance you must read, understand and complete the above Travel Insurance Waiver Refusal Form.
You must read, understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions set out by TravelManagers, and then complete your Passenger Acceptance Form and make payment for your trip.
