From the Bride:
The best part about my Wedding Day was –
How do i even answer that question it was all so absolutely amazing! From being pampered to walking down the isle to the karaoke that broke out at the reception, it was all so perfect and i wouldn’t change a thing. Seeing the look in my to be husbands eyes as i stepped out into the isle, holding his hands and knowing that this was the beginning of our forever and having our closest family and friends by our side along the way.
Having full control of everything along the way, even when the rain was forecast we had complete control and that allowed us to just go with the flow and relax. Enjoy the little things.
Any advice you can give future Bride and Grooms who are thinking about getting married in Thailand –
Take a leap of faith and just do it! What an amazing experience, Trust in your suppliers, trust that everything will come together and let go. Relax, enjoy your time, This time is all about you and the beginning of your future together, don’t hold back, embrace it whole hearted and take the plunge you will not regret it. Pack as much into the time away AFTER the wedding as possible and just enjoy your time in paradise. Embrace the culture and be positive.
Did you do any day tours while in Phuket, if yes what would you recommend?
We did so many tours and we loved every minute of it! The boys all went ATV riding for their bucks day, and from what i have seen they all had a ball! We done a half day tour where we visited the Temples, Big Buddha and saw the elephants (i’d recommend going to the elephant sanctuary so that you know they are looked after). We did a day trip for my daughters 7th birthday to Khai Island and snorkelled in the sea. And finally we went on John Gray’s Sea Canoe, it was a long day but worth every minute, the experience was amazing it was so beautiful to see so much nature at its purest, the guides knew what they were talking about and you could tell they were passionate about their jobs. Highly recommended, we will be booking again when we return for our anniversary x.
