“My husband & I just want to thank you Belinda for organising our first trip to Fiji. After only having travelled to Asia - Bali & Thailand - it was a little difficult to understand the difference in cost going to Fiji. You really listened to what sort of things we like to do on our holidays and whilst the islands of Fiji are absolutely stunning, to stay on the islands didn't suit us because we like the freedom of visiting different locations, restaurants and the like. Your recommendation to stay on Denerau, and The Hilton, was perfect. The Hilton, was stunning, the service, staff and accommodation were all fantastic. Being at the Hilton we were close to the Marina (only a 2 minute drive by taxi) so we could checkout the different restaurants on offer for dinner, although we ate at the Hilton a few nights because of their themed dinners. Being close to the Marina, we were also able to easily head out on day trips to some of the islands. We went to Castaway Island which was just beautiful and the lunch there and snorkeling trip organized was amazing!! We had the option of checking out other resorts on Denarau too - the Soffitel and Sheraton, which were lovely but we were very glad to be staying at The Hilton - couldn't fault it. If we wanted, it was only a 20-30 min drive into Nadi Town, but we weren't in Fiji long enough to do too much exploring, we really enjoyed just relaxing by the massive pool area at the Hilton.
