“The travel industry is doing it hard. I want to share our NZ holiday as booked by Bev Edwards, hoping you hang in there! Loved our New Zealand trip in January, booked by the lovely Bev. We stayed in the most fabulous apartment in Queenstown, enjoyed the views, food and maybe a wine or too. Milford Sound was spectacular with a bus and boat adventure to remember. Trips to Dunedin, Christchurch and Blenheim (wine heaven) followed, accommodation at all was ultra comfortable. The train trip (Taieri Gorge) in Dunedin was a highlight as was the scenery, including beach/cliff views of seals along the coast near Kaikoura. We also went to Edmonton and got to watch a real Canadian ice hockey game. “I cannot recommend Bev at Travel Managers highly enough. Usually I book over the internet, but with a more complex itinerary involving travelling throughout Europe and the UK for work and leisure I turned to Bev for assistance. Bev was friendly and very knowledgeable and never too busy to answer my many questions. She booked more affordable accommodation in better locations than I could find online as well as booking flights, train travel and tours. She supplied maps and a very detailed, but easy to follow itinerary for my month long trip. She even pre-ordered an Oyster card for tube travel in London for me – nothing was too much trouble. Her assistance and attention to detail ensured I was confident travelling alone to countries I had never ventured to previously. When a storm left my return flight to Australia stranded in Germany I contacted her via the emergency number she had provided and despite the time difference she acted immediately, contacting the airline, re-organising my flights and getting me home swiftly and safely.
