The nature of travelling the world means that things never quite seem to go completely as we hope they will. Flight delays are inevitable, the weather has a mind of its own and other little hiccups are bound to happen. These types of drama are beyond our control, but having confidence in the plans that I help to put in place can go a long way to give you peace of mind when travelling.

Horror stories abound online of travellers learning from experience when arriving in Sydney, Nova Scotia – instead of our harbour city; or revellers trying to check-in to a hotel for New Years’ celebrations in Sydney (the correct one), to find that their reservation is for the following year! Have you ever travelled back in time as you cross the international dateline on the way to somewhere like the Cook Islands or Tahiti? The first thing I do for these itineraries is to include a hotel stay for the night before you leave, as this is when you actually arrive. I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for those who arrive at these destinations to find that they have to wait in a hotel lobby late at night & for more than half a day, because their arrangements were only booked for the next day. I place my trust in them to get things right, so that you are assured of a fabulous holiday. Although this can mean a small additional premium, it’s hard to put a price on being confident in your holiday plans.
