A Travel Management Commitment Fee of $150 per booking would be payable at the time of quote request. This is a deposit to secure my expert professional travel services, with the Travel Commitment Deposit built into your package cost. This deposit confirms your commitment to working together with me as your Personal TravelManager and finalising your travel plans.
Prices shown are AUD excluding GST. The travel management fees listed above will be applied using discretion and in consideration of each client’s circumstances.
We reserve the right to pass on any other ad-hoc fees as charged by airlines or suppliers.
Cancellation fees: If cancelling for any reason, in addition to supplier* charges advised at time of booking, all commissions, deposits, booking and service fees are non-refundable
*Supplier refers to hotels, tour operators, cruise or tour companies or any other third-party land arrangements. Any fees from airlines & suppliers including amendment fees, cancellation fees or fare increases are additional to the above.
