I have an insatiable appetite for discovery. With more than 18 years in the travel industry and having visited over 90 countries & territories on all continents, you will benefit enormously from my first hand intimate knowledge of an extraordinary variety of locations.
I have spent the last 8.5 years as a Virtuoso agent. The top 3% of the top 3% travel companies globally can be invited to join, very high standards need to be maintained for continuing membership. Prior to that I managed many successful agencies in an incredible variety of travel styles and services and I mentored other managers and was a development coach in customer service and sales. I was brought in to turn around businesses that needed help and achieved fantastic results, also building new businesses and teams from scratch and achieving number 1 in the world for that company brand, with a business that had only been started 18 months before.
My most recent trips include Antarctica, The Galapagos Islands, South & Central America, Bhutan, Greenland, Iceland and the Arctic. I have travelled extensively in most regions that I have visited. My passion is to explore in-depth all four corners of the globe – and I delight in sharing this knowledge with my clients.
