Let’s meet & talk travel

Firstly, I want to get to know you. What thrills you and warms your heart? Once I have all the important information from you like who’s traveling, where and when you would like to travel, the experience you are after, mode of transport and the budget you have in mind.  Then the brainstorming begins to make your dream holiday become a reality.

It’s all in the planning

After our initial meeting or call, I’ll begin planning your adventure, which I know you will love.  I will check all the important things, such as flights, transfers and availability before putting together a detailed itinerary of what you can expect to experience on a day to day basis as well as a costing for your consideration

To tweak or not to tweak!

I’ll give you a few days to read through the itinerary and then touch base with you either over the phone, on Skype or over a coffee.   You can then let me know what delights you or what did not impress you, let’s work together to make it perfect for you!  I need you to be absolutely thrilled with the result.

The Go Ahead

Once you give me the go ahead, I will ask you to complete my online booking form with all your relevant information.  I will then go ahead and book in all the flights, accommodation, transfers and experiences and send you the deposit invoice. This will also be followed by a detailed Pre-Departure Guide which will help you prepare for your adventure, no matter where you are going.

Getting ready to go

Final payment is generally due 60 days prior to departure.

As time draws near, I will start to prepare your Travel Pack which is filled with all the necessary travel documents from vouchers, E-Tickets and a final detailed itinerary and other travel goodies.   If you are travelling with a Smart Phone, I can give you access to our Travel App, full of features such as a secure locker to store important documents such as a copy of your passport.  Travel Guides for countries around the world, things to see & do, you can also book additional days tours/experience whilst you are travelling, weather and currency guide, plus direct access to me via a call or email.

Your travel pack will be ready three weeks prior to your departure, giving us enough time to meet up once again, run through the documentation and I can answer any last-minute questions for you!

Prior to you leaving for your adventure, I reconfirm all accommodation, transfers and day tours to ensure everything is the way it should be!

And now your adventure begins, I am here for you 24/7 whilst you are travelling in case of those unforeseen circumstances, no matter what the time, I will answer my phone!

Welcome Home

Sadly, all good things must come to an end, as you head home.  I will give you a couple of days to get back to reality before I touch base with you.  I will also send you a quick, online Feedback Survey because as a valued client, your opinions of my services and “products” are extremely important in helping me to improve the standards and quality of future services.
