You could say it has been my life…well two thirds of my ‘journey’ on this planet.

For 24 years, I owned and operated an award winning travel agency in Sydney’s cosmopolitan North Shore suburb of Crows Nest for a large global franchise travel company. During that time, I was fortunate to be awarded ‘Consultant of the Year’, with my business receiving twice the prestigious ‘Office of the Year’ and some of my team members being ranked ‘Gold Achievers’.
About the next leg
It’s time to embark on the next leg of my new journey in the travel industry as your Personal Travel Manager.
While I have thoroughly enjoyed operating a retail travel agency, simplifying the day to day operational responsibilities involved, allows me to exclusively focus my many years of expertise to cater for the travel needs of my clients.
So it’s time to walk my new path…
About the Philosophy
For me it is paramount to fully understanding the needs of my clients and the kind of travel experience that they seek. Whether a client is planning to hike in the Himalayas, cruise the ‘seven seas’ or visit a friend in Melbourne, I like to work closely with them to tailor an itinerary to achieve their travel dreams.
About the little things
For me “it’s the small things that count”. Whether it’s a welcome bottle of champagne waiting in your cruise cabin to help celebrate a special occasion or simply making sure your aisle seat is confirmed, my clients have come to value the fact that I “under promise and over deliver” !!
The biggest compliment a client can pay me is come back time-and- time again to plan their next trip or go out of their way to refer a friend to book with me. This is why it’s easy to love doing what I do and what drives me to be the best I can be.
Many of my clients have become good friends and I really appreciate the great relationships I have forged over the years.
