Booking changes after tickets are issued from $75
Around the World Airfares from $150
Refund Processing Fee $55 per hour – minimum 1 hour
Frequent Flyer Redemption Domestic $55
Frequent Flyer Redemption International from $110, depending on complexity
Visa Processing Fee $66 per visa
Changes made after deposits made (ie hotel, tour) $55 per change
Travel Insurance Claim statement, if insurance not purchase through me $150 per claim
Cruise Booking Management $55
Train tickets / Event tickets / Show tickets etc $44
After Hours Service (weekends and weeknights) $120 per hour, minimum 30 minutes
Professional Service Fees outlined above are per person, unless stated otherwise. These amounts are in addition to supplier charges and are charged at our discretion. The fees are to cover time, research, management andsupport for the duration of your itinerary planning through to return from your trip. All deposits, commissions received from suppliers and these Service Fees are non-refundable.
