“I cannot recommend Kerrin enough she is amazing! I was living in the uk when all the drama hit with covid-19 and Australia had announced that it was closing boards for non citizens and recommending all citizens to get back asap. Naturally I was panicking I messaged Kerrin straight away and she managed to book me the last seat on the first flight available, going home in four day’s. With everything that was happening I needed to get home sooner so she suggested I get to the airport the following morning and she’d organise for me to go on wait list for an earlier flight. Thankfully it worked and I was on my way home two hours after arriving at the airport. Kerrin really was a life saver it all happened so quickly and she arranged everything with no hassle even with the time difference. She was extremely helpful and easy to contact, I was even calling her from the flight desk when they were having trouble with my booking and she sorted it out in 5 minutes. I cannot thank her enough, it was a exceptionally stressful time and I knew she was just as invested in getting me home as my mother (who she was also keeping in contact with) I cannot recommend her enough she really goes above and beyond for her clients. ”

“In February this year my husband and I finally got to tick off one of our most talked about, anticipated bucket list items. It was a holiday that we had saved for and looked forward to for a very long time. Due to COVID our holiday was rescheduled three times. On each occasion our travel manager Kerrin did all the changes that were required and filled me in along the way. Longitude 131 is not only uniquely very special, it also allows you to create some amazingly beautiful memories that are unique to Uluru. Everything from experiences such as Field of Light, dining out under the stars, Uluru base camp walk, sleeping out under the stars and not to mention the very impressive big red rock itself. It’s totally mesmerizing and breathtaking all at the same time. I could go on forever about the delicious food and the truly wonderful staff that work at Uluru. They were fantastic.
