Who am I, and how I can assist you…

With over 30 years of industry experience, I’m up to date on the latest trends, deals and travel regulations.

I’m here to take the stress out of your travel planning by offering level-headed, experienced advice that uses my knowledge and industry connections to save you time and money. I continue to travel extensively in order to recommend services based on my personal inspection.

After an in-depth initial consultation, I will take care of all of the research and planning for you. I’ll help you choose the best products and services for your personal travel style. Then you’ll have my continued management and supervision of your travel arrangements.

If unexpected changes arise, I’m here to manage that process for you, too, saving you time and money.

How does it work?

As travel is a big investment, my aim is to ensure you receive the highest service and the best possible holiday experience. I want to be available to treat each booking with the care and attention it deserves, so I limit the number of clients I work with at any one time.

I believe it’s essential to ensure we’re the right fit for each other. You need to see the value in my involvement, and I will need to ensure I have the capacity to look after your holiday in the way it deserves.

STEP ONE:  is to book an obligation-free 15-minute discovery call. BOOK NOW

If we’re a great fit, now that I have a better understanding of what you require, I will give you an estimate of the expected fees.

STEP TWO: If you are happy to proceed, complete the CLIENT PROFILE FORM (one per passenger). Copy, scan, and email your latest passport, and pay your Travel Planning & Management fee (see below description), which I will email after our call.

STEP THREE: I will begin the research, quoting, and booking stage for your holiday and contact you by phone or email for further information. We will work as a team to design and book the holiday of your dreams.

What is a Travel Planning & Management levy?

A travel management/engagement levy is due following the 15-minute complimentary consultation call. It covers the independent research and time required to design your personalised travel itinerary, as well as the ongoing management and supervision of your entire travel arrangements, booking progression, collation, and delivery of travel documents. The fee is commensurate with my time, expertise, knowledge, and personalised professional service.

There may be additional service charges associated with your booking beyond this. Please see the list below for full details, and note that any charges of this nature will be itemised on your invoice.
