With over 25 years of industry experience having worked in the air, on the ground, and in various travel-related roles as well as having visited more than 65 countries, I do have an extensive arsenal of knowledge, trade connections, and travel experience to take the stress out of travel planning by offering an end-to-end travel management solution using my to save you both time and money.
No two traveller are alike and therefore I offer a personalised and tailor service to your likes, wants and needs when it comes to travel planning. I take the time to listen, understand and ask the relevant questions to ensure I can turn your travel dream into reality.
But it does not stop there. In addition to your partner in travel, I am your travel safety-net and advocate behind the scenes who is on standby should things not go to plan.
How does it work?
Step 1 – Introductory Phone Call
A brief discussion about your travel plans, your expectations, your needs and wants.
Explanation of my role as your Personal Travel Manager.
We’ll see if we’re a good fit to work together.
Step 2 – Preparation of your travel plans
Complete my Online Booking Form (one per passenger!)
Process payment of a non-refundable Travel Management Fee(payment via Credit Card form)
Copy, scan and email your latest passport
Step 3 – Research and Itinerary options
Based on our discussion I will research and prepare personalized options for your consideration. I’ll offer advice, alternatives, and suggestions to create your dream holiday. I will offer 2 revisions included in the itinerary planning fee.
Step 4 – Travel plans confirmed and itinerary locked in
Once you’ve made your decision, I will proceed with confirming your arrangements and then provide you with a payment schedule.
Step 5 – Preparation of Travel Document
Approx 2-3- prior to departure your final travel documents will be read. With the environment in mind, I prepare all travel documents in digital form. As part of the travel package, you will receive access to a Trip Planner App which will contain all your travel details, voucher, live tracking of your flights, and a communication tool. If you wish to receive printed travel documents, a small printing fee will be added.
Step 6 – Pack your bags and TRAVEL!
This of course is the FUN BIT for you and your travelling party.
I will still be on standby to assist in an emergency (not to bring the mood down, but this is one of the most important factors when deciding who you want on your team should anything go wrong)
If anything should go wrong while travelling, I am only a call or email away to assist you with an emergency.
*Non-emergency after-hours calls may incur a fee.
This is my fee for being in control of all components of your travel arrangements. From the initial research & planning stage to being on-call for emergencies while you’re travelling and everything in between.
The way we travel has changed a lot in the last couple of years and isn’t as easy as it used to be. I am here to take the stress OUT, to manage and navigate all the new rules & regulations.
The travel management fee is your peace of mind knowing that you are being looked after from start to finish.
