The Professional Service fees outlined below may be applied using discretion and in consideration of each client’s circumstances.

These fees are charged to cover time, research and support for the duration of your itinerary planning through to travel.

International (including Trans-Tasman) Airfare Booking & Management From $110.00 pp
Round The World Airfare Booking & Management- subject to complexity From $165.00 pp
International (including Trans-Tasman) Air Changes BEFORE ticket issued NO FEE
International (including Trans-Tasman) Air Changes AFTER ticket issued $55.00 pp
Internal Domestic Tickets – USA $35.00 per sector
Internal Domestic Rest of The World $35.00 per sector
Overseas originating inbound travel $165.00 pp
Frequent Flyer Award Booking $165.00 pp
Refund Processing Fee $55.00 per booking
Hotel/Car Hire /Cruise Amendment Fee- applicable after deposit paid $55.00 per change
Travel Insurance Claim Documentation $100.00
Plan to Go Fee-  deducted from final payment From $150.00
Visa Processing Fee (per passport) $55.00
Conference & Event Bookings From $35.00 pp

**All deposits, commissions and service fees are non-refundable. These fees are in addition to any amendment, cancellation and reissue fees imposed by Airlines & Suppliers.

*Supplier refers to hotels, tour operators, cruise or tour companies or any other third-party land arrangements
