The Professional Service fees outlined below may be applied using discretion and in consideration of each client’s circumstances.
These fees are charged to cover time, research and support for the duration of your itinerary planning through to travel.

| Frequent Flyer Award Booking | $165.00 pp |
| Refund Processing Fee | $55.00 per booking |
| Hotel/Car Hire /Cruise Amendment Fee- applicable after deposit paid | $55.00 per change |
| Travel Insurance Claim Documentation | $100.00 |

**All deposits, commissions and service fees are non-refundable. These fees are in addition to any amendment, cancellation and reissue fees imposed by Airlines & Suppliers.
