I married my wife Rachel in 1999 and we built our first house in Rowville and happily lived here for 11 years until 2010. Then after a trip to a friends wedding in the Canadian Rockies, I moved the family to the beautiful rolling hills of Gembrook which is a small village at the end of the Puffing Billy line – a destination I would like my clients to see ! We built again and face the beautiful Gembrook State Park (it’s like our backyard !) and have settled into the community meeting so many amazing people in the area. We are blessed to also have 3 healthy sons William (11), Nicholas (8) and Edward (3). Through schooling, sport and friends they are creating many special memories for us in such a lovely location. In 1996, my initial reason for enrolling in a Travel and Tourism course was because I loved the idea of being involved with planning clients holidays and help create life long experiences. I had a passion for customer service and believed I could offer every client the feeling that they were my most important customer, just the way I wanted to be treated.
