“It was a right royal stuff up that brought us to Merran Wiggins!. We had arrived with friends to our hotel in Paris and it all went to ruins.. Our room wasn't confirmed as per the itinerary or booked and they were fully booked.!! We had nothing. Of course our friends had booked via Merran & TravelManagers and they had checked in straight away even managed an upgrade. We had booked through another agency and called immediately there after hours number. We only managed to get a call centre in Manila...We waited for 20mins and they had no idea who we were or what they could do to help! By this time we were frazzled and tired. Our friends took it upon themselves to skype Merran to try and assist. Little did we think it was 1130pm on a Fri night!!! Merran had a booking made in the system and paid for it whilst they were on the phone to her. We could checkin straight away and deal with our problem later..Could not believe the service and professionalism from Merran at such a late time of night. Even to the point of checking on us all the next day. We will never go anywhere else. We were gobsmacked. Merran has become our Personal TravelManager we don't really want to share..”
