Solving a customer emergency is actually how I met my husband. Quickly negotiating the details of travel & event planning and dealing with potential complexities has always come easy to me, and customer service is a joy. My husband was not actually a client of mine when he ran into trouble, his company referred him to me in a panic when his former travel agent could not handle a challenging last-minute flight change. I was able to solve his problem only because in addition to being a corporate travel agent I had a direct connection to the airline. My travel career began with sales and customer service for Qantas Airlines and evolved to providing high level support for major account customers. Being an independent Travel & Event specialist lets me take care of my clients with maximal flexibility. I am truly there for my clients, not confined by a single office or set office hours. I can handle itineraries outside of working hours and I am completely mobile. I can meet you anywhere in the world!
