“Paula was incredible to work with! She got me home from Canada in the midst of our COVID-19 pandemic and made the process as smooth as I think it possibly could have been. She got me the soonest one-way flight that was in my price range (as some were costing upwards of $10,000+ at the time-yikes!). She was reachable at all times for any questions that arose and if she wouldn't be able to respond right away I would get a message saying as much and when I could expect to hear from her. She kept me informed and up to date at all times. I believe she went above and beyond in assisting me to be informed of and prepared with any documents I might require along the way, such as transit documents I might require in transiting countries, travel declarations for specific ports of entry, even helping me get the information I required to do my pre-departure COVID-19 test properly. She found me a reasonable flight from Canada to Australia with considerably little transit given the circumstances, and the actual travelling was very smooth and stress free- I believe this was in great part due to Paula. Paula touched base with me checking in during my travel making sure I made it onto each of my flights and wasn't having any issues or had any additional questions. She also messaged me once I arrived in the country. This felt more like a friend checking in and I really appreciated it. I am so thankful to finally be home and so fortunate it was Paula who helped me through the process. Thank you Paula!!”
