The booking process

I am passionate about helping others to make the most of every moment when exploring what this world has to offer. Let’s make your next holiday truly hands-off and relaxing, instead of to-do lists and last minute research.

Get to know each other

I want to help make your dream holiday a reality. That is why I take the time to meet with you, in person or over the phone or Zoom, to take you through a special process of understanding your travel interests and preferences. With this process, I am confident that I will be able to customise a holiday that you will love every minute of. This initial consultation is totally free.

Paperwork

There is always some paperwork, and after our initial consultation I will send some forms to you for completion – a Client Profile Form for each person travelling and the Travel Booking Form.  You can also see them on this page.  Once I have received your forms, I will send an invoice for my Travel Management Fee of $150 per person, capped for families. Please refer to this page for a full explanation of the fee.  Upon receipt of payment, the fun can really begin!

Planning and booking

I take the time to research the best options to suit your interests and travel requirements, and then create a travel plan that has been designed just for you. Once you are happy with the plan, the exciting part of actually booking your trip can begin.

Payment is usually required at this stage to secure the various parts of your trip. This may be a deposit, or full payment depending upon the booking conditions. I will ensure that you are fully informed about amounts and deadlines, and will send you reminders when payment is due.

Go!

Your travel documents will be given to you a few weeks prior to travel, and this includes access to the TravelManagers app which is personalised for your trip. We will take some time to ensure that everything is in order, and that you understand all the documents and how to use the app. Then off you go and have a fantastic time! Of course I am available should you need anything while you are away.

I love to hear all about your trip, the highlights and hidden gems, but also if something has not quite met your expectations.  All of this is helpful feedback that I can then use for other clients’ travel plans, just in the same way their feedback may have contributed to yours.
