It is a pleasure to introduce myself, my name is Sarena Taylor and I am proud to say I have been in the travel industry for 25 years and for the past 14 years working independently under the Travel Managers Australia network.
From a young age, I have had a keen interest in travel and different cultures. Travelling the world with my family really opened my eyes which led me to start my career as a Travel Agent in 1998. I started my career working in South Africa and 10 years later moved with my husband to Australia to start a family. Having that travel experience in South Africa has been so rewarding for my career so that I could design the most memorable itineraries for my clients.
It has always been my goal to work for myself, to be able to focus on offering a personalised service to my clients and going that extra mile to ensure a stress- free and memorable experience for my clients.
I am motivated, fiercely loyal and pride myself on my many loyal repeat clients over the years. I have travelled to over 35 countries and recently achieved the Top 50 Travel Managers in Australia.
The last few years have certainly demonstrated the importance of a Personal Travel Manager and highlighted the need for support and advocacy of an expert. I look forward to helping you design your dream travel experience.
