Amanda Ratcliffe – Professional Service Fees
As with many professions, TravelManagers operates in a service fee environment. The fees below will be applied using discretion and consideration of each client’s circumstances.
The fees outlined are a guide only and are not limited to those shown. These fees are in AUD and do not include GST or supplier* imposed fees for amendments, cancellations or fare increases, this will be in addition to the below fees where applicable. *Supplier refers to hotels, tour operators, cruise or tour companies or any other third-party land arrangements.
International
- International Air booking Per person – $110 to $150 economy, $220 Premium Economy, $330 Business class
- Domestic tickets outside of Australia – $77 per person, per ticket
- International Air booking Trans-Tasman – $77 Per Person
- International Air changes before the ticket is issued – nil
- Voluntary International Air changes after ticket is issued – $125 Per Person, per change in addition to airline charges
- International Air Travel Originating Overseas – $220 per booking
- Frequent Flyer redemption Travel Bookings – Not available
- Rail tickets outside of Australia – $55 per person, per ticket
- Visa Application Processing fee $77 Per Person, per visa
- Itinerary Planning Fee $150 – $440 per itinerary, redeemable on final payment
- Supplier* Third Party Amendment fees $55 per change
Domestic
- Domestic Economy Air booking – $55 per person
- Domestic Business Class Air Booking – $110 per person
- Domestic Air changes before the ticket is issued – nil
- Voluntary Domestic Air changes after ticket is issued – $55 per person, per change in addition to airline charges
- Frequent Flyer redemption Travel Bookings Not available
- Itinerary Planning Fee – $150 – $440 per itinerary, redeemable on final payment
- Supplier* Amendment fees – $55 per change
Cancellation
If cancelling for any reason the fees below are charged in addition to supplier* cancellation charges advised at the time of cancellation, all commissions, deposits, booking, and service fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to pass on any other ad-hoc fees as charged by airlines or suppliers.
- Refund Processing – $110 per person, per supplier
- Booking Cancellation – $55 per hour
- Travel Insurance Claim preparation – $330 per claim where insurance is not purchased with TravelManagers

Please note airline and supplier charges may differ from these, if TravelManagers are required to pay an airline or supplier direct with your credit card, then the merchant fees and other service fees of the airlines or supplier will take effect to your booking. At all times we will endeavour to process your payment in your best interest.
Additional fees may be charged should arrangements be booked with suppliers who do not pay agent commissions, such as but not limited to, trains, experiences, tours, theatre tickets, etc. This will be advised prior to bookings and be noted in any quotes to clients.
