Travel starts long before you leave home. Whether it’s for a holiday with loved ones, a bucket list adventure or your next business trip, researching and booking all your arrangements can be time consuming and overwhelming. Leave that to me.
So that I can begin putting together your quote, there are a few things I need from you in order for me to provide the best service I can.
Firstly, I will get you to complete a Travel Request Survey – this will get all of the details I need from you about the trip you have planned. Please email me at [email protected] to start the process.

Once we have decided that we would like to continue working together, you will then complete the steps listed below to kick off the next phase which is where I start putting together your quote and starting the booking process.
Depending on the components and complexity of your plans, Some bookings will require payment of a travel management fee at the time of your initial consultation.
As with many professions, TravelManagers operates in a service fee environment. A travel management fee covers the ongoing management and supervision of your entire travel arrangements, from consultation, booking progression, collation, and delivery of travel documents. The fee is commensurate with my time, expertise, knowledge, and personalised professional service. If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this payment/fee is non-refundable.

When you are ready to make a booking and have paid your travel management fee, I will ask you to fill out this form for each traveller. This will create your profile in my back-office system.
This form confirms that you have been advised about the importance of travel insurance and do not wish to proceed with a policy through TravelManagers, understanding the risks. It also confirms you understand that fees apply if TravelManagers is requested to supply information, paperwork and/or invoices to your chosen Insurance provider. Fill out the form here.
