Schedule of Fees – 2024/25

Travel starts long before you leave home. Whether it’s for a holiday with loved ones, a bucket list adventure or your next business trip, researching and booking all your arrangements can be time consuming and overwhelming. Leave that to me, your personal travel manager.

Travel Consultation/Planning Fee  $250.00 (per booking, redeemable at time of final payment) ^
International Booking  $110.00 Per Person / $300.00 (Family)

 $450.00 Per Person – Business Class Flights 

International Air changes before the ticket issued  No fee 
International Air changes after the ticket issued  $75.00 plus any fare difference/airline fees applicable 
Cruise Booking  $70.00 per cabin 
Domestic Booking – Australia  $55.00 Per Person / $160.00 (Family) 

$75.00 Per Person – Business Class Flights 

Domestic Air Booking – Rest of the World  $25.00 per sector 
Domestic Air changes before ticket issued  No fee 
Domestic Air changes after ticket issued  $33.00 plus fare difference if applicable 
Land/Cruise Booking Amendment Fee  $75.00 
Booking Cancellation  $75.00 plus Commissions (Non-Refundable) & Supplier Fees 
Refund Processing Fee  $50.00 
Overseas Originating Travel  $190.00 
Travel Insurance Claim Documentation  $120.00 
Rail Booking  $55.00 

^^Quoting & Itinerary Planning: A non-refundable fee of $250.00 will be applicable to all quotes provided.
his fee covers the time and expertise invested in planning your trip and offering valuable advice during the initial consultation. This is payable at time of your initial consultation. On finalisation of your booking this amount will be deducted from your total balance. If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or your travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this payment/fee is non-refundable. Over the years, I have accumulated extensive knowledge and insights from global destinations, which I gladly share to tailor that perfect holiday.
