The way you summarized our requests and structured our itinerary in a logical and efficient manner during our meetings was truly outstanding. Every hotel we stayed in was exceptional, and I was constantly blown away by the quality and luxury of each one. It's difficult to choose a favourite, but if I had to pick, the Jumeirah in Majorca was an absolute standout. The Hilton in Como, the Magestic in Cannes and the Ritz Carlton in Berlin were also incredible. The private walking tours were a highlight of our trip, and our guide in Zermatt, Tony, was especially memorable. At 78 years old, he had a wealth of knowledge and stories to share, and his passion for the area was truly inspiring. The transfers you arranged were top-notch, and we appreciated the extra effort you put into making sure every detail was taken care of. We are already looking forward to planning our African safari and Maldives trip with you next year. Thank you for organizing the holiday of a lifetime for us.”
