In my year book back in year 12 it states “Cathy wants to be a travel agent or a teacher” I am fortunate to have experienced both these careers and have loved both equally. In this long career as a travel agent, I have travelled the world and assisted my clients plan the trip of a lifetime. I have also loved teaching tourism and helping my students obtain a job in the industry I am so passionate about.
This year marks my 40th year in the travel industry and the best decision was to join TravelManagers in 2007, giving me the flexibility to work from home whilst raising our family. TravelManagers have the support network to assist me in the everyday operation of being a Personal TravelManager.
I am also a specialist Cruise Consultant and have completed training to attain the accreditation of a Cruise Master with Cruising Lines International Association (CLIA).
