“I have not used a travel agent for years but I had hit several logistical snags with my desire to see and walk on the Great Wall of China coupled with plans to visit Hong Kong for the first time. My friend recommended Chris. I explained our situation and Chris was able to help me fill in the missing pieces. He took care of all the bookings for flights, accommodation and transfers for a very reasonable agent fee for the peace of mind it gave me and my husband. Chris had obviously listened to our various concerns/likes/dislikes and had planned accordingly. Also, because I had been trying to arrange the holiday myself, I had a good idea of what things cost. Chris provided me with a detailed preliminary itinerary and quote which was comparable and in some cases better than what I had been looking at.
