My service doesn’t end when you leave home.  No two trips are the same.  If something unexpected happens while you are away, whether it’s missed flights, cancelled flights, a medical situation or emergency.  I will be on hand to support you and help you get back on track.  I have the skills, experience and relationships with our supplier partners to help resolve any issues that may arise.

Professional Service Fees are Non-Refundable fees that cover costs for all your travel arrangements – bookings, amendments, cancellations and processing of refunds.

VISA PROCESSING: $75

TRAVEL INSURANCE CLAIM PROCESSING: $55 (HOURLY RATE)

REFUND PROCESSING: $55 – $175

AMENDMENT FEES: $55

BOOKING CANCELLATION: Commission and booking fees are non refundable
