From the flights, to the hire cars, the theme park tickets, the Vegas shows, and then the day tours in Hawaii. Not a detail was missed and everything was as smooth as can be. The trip of a lifetime - Words can’t express the gratitude for her services and these memories of creating our dream family holiday. Fast forward 2 years, our little family had moved to the Gold Coast and via email and telephone, Elyse was easily contacted and continued to provide incredibly customer service. Seeking sunshine and to avoid the commonwealth games congestion Elyse organised a family getaway to Fiji. Unfortunately little did we know a Cyclone would devastate Fiji before and during our trip !! But out of know where and like a superhero Elyse helped us with our travel insurance claim and we were compensated accordingly for our losses and shortfalls. Then Covid arrives, the world turns on its head lockdown travel restrictions, our family was in need of a holiday. Our super agent floats an idea to me and my wife. She sends an email to us that has a subject title of “ Do you guys want to take advantage of an offer” - Intrigued and asked the question. The result was 10 nights on Green Island for a ridiculously affordable price. The document kit received was out of this world including everything we need and was even personalised especially for our kids first Great Barrier Reef Experience. Instead of home schooling and we jumped on a plane and headed for paradise. I’m actually lost for words to describe the amazingness of this trip. We swam with turtles, went on Great Barrier Reef trips, had Cameos on the “Amazing Race” including selfies with Beau Ryan and it’s a tropical island. Yay. Did I mention due to covid we were on an island with a 75% reduced capacity. 45 room capacity down to only 11. It was the most intimate holiday ever !!! Our cheeky little family of 4 were sharing a restaurant with Millionaires who were more than happy to colour in children’s menus with my rug rats. These same millionaires were sharing a resort with our children bombing in the resort pool. I would be lying if I said I may have, and the owners of a major retail company were also bombing. Both kids and parents loved it and now we are all hopefully life long friends, a situation we would never have had if it wasn’t for Elyse offering this trip. Elyse’s social media pages often have deals we would love to take advantage of but we only have 4 weeks a year of annual leave and we are restricted to holidays. I could talk for ever about the weekend get aways Elyse organises secretly for me and my wife. I often float ideas at Elyse, is this date, is that destination, etc etc. and without hesitation there are always options, even if we don’t follow through, she always delivers. No words describe her dedication, I can’t recommend Elyse to enough. I won’t use another Travel Agents. We love you !”
