As your personal travel manager (PTM), my mission is to help turn your travel dreams into a reality. Whether it’s a trip to see loved ones, a bucket list adventure or a well deserved holiday to relax and unwind, I can help you plan the perfect trip while navigating all the requirements of making it happen.
Drawing on my years of personal adventures together with my expertise, knowledge and industry connections, I can take care of every aspect of your holiday from start to finish to ensure your experience is seamless, efficient and whole lot of fun.
Not only will I help prepare you for departure, but I’ll be there in the background to support you should anything unexpected arise during your travels. Airline time change? No problem! Let me handle that while you go and enjoy the destination you’re in. I’ll also be the first person to put my hand up when you return home and want to show off your 5,000 photo powerpoint presentation. It genuinely brings me so much joy to hear & see your adventures.

First things first, let’s get to know each other. We’ll arrange a 15 minute obligation free phone appointment to chat about what you have in mind for the trip and to ensure I’ll be the right PTM for you.
If you’re happy to proceed, I’ll ask you to complete a Client Profile Form for each traveller and to pay your itinerary planning fee (may vary depending on your holiday plans). Once that’s paid, we’ll organise a full consult, either over a coffee or via phone to start planning your dream trip.
Great question, and one I’m very glad you asked.
My approach to travel planning is personalised and collaborative. I take the time to discuss your preferences, requirements and dreams before putting that into a customised itinerary document that can be accessed, and edited by yourself at any time! This fee covers my time, expertise and knowledge whilst creating your itinerary.
What is included in your itinerary planning fee;
*Any changes to your travel destination or further revision of your itinerary (past the initial three revisions) will incur additional charges.
**On final payment of your trip (with a minimum of 70% of travel plans being booked with me), your itinerary planning fee can be redeemed in full. If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this payment/fee is non-refundable.
Ready to start travel planning? Please complete this Client Profile Form for each traveller.
All done? Fantastic – thank you so much! Now it’s time for the fun stuff…
From here, we’ll start with your flight options and an overview of your itinerary plan so we can finalise dates & day allocations for each location (more so for those larger itineraries). Once established, I’ll start liaising with suppliers and my network of destination specialists to create your full itinerary. Depending on the size of your trip, please allow between 4-10 business days for your itinerary to be sent through.
I love for my clients to be involved however much they’d prefer, so if you see or hear of anything that you’d like included in your itinerary, please send it through!
Please see an overview of my service fees below. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss.
