My Travel Industry journey started nearly 30 years ago as a member of the original reservations team with Compass Airlines when it burst on to the Australian travel scene. Now something of a veteran with over 20 years travel consulting experience working for Thomas Cook, American Express Travel and more recently RACQ Travel, I have managed busy Corporate and Government accounts, organised Groups & Events, offered a Corporate Leisure service as well as providing quality customer service to many clients as a Retail Travel Consultant.
Throughout I have traveled widely to six continents (still one to go!) and never quenched my thirst to see and experience our beautiful world. Every bucket list item I tick simply adds a few more! This insatiable appetite is a passion I love to share. For me true wealth lies in the people that we love and the experiences that we create and share.
Making the leap to Travel Managers allows me to continue doing what I love and still offer old fashioned service. Modern travel agencies are very busy places, consulting in a mobile capacity allows me the luxury of spending time with each client without the need to rush. I can look for individual solutions and offer that personal approach. You can be doing a remote small ship expedition cruise that is difficult to get to or be an elderly couple looking for that special anniversary weekend away and finding it difficult to navigate the internet, I will be happy to help.
