She had excellent additional information for our stopovers and was incredibly patient as we went back-and-forth over the finer details and my constant questions. There were emails, phonecalls and text messages just to keep us happy - honestly - patient, friendly, informative, AMAZING! When a family emergency called us home halfway through our holiday, it was just one phone call and a few emails and Jodie had us on a plane bac k to Australia within 24 hours.
