“We first used Jodie over 10 years ago for a USA trip and this year when we picked Vietnam for a family holiday ( 50 + adults and early 20s kids) I quickly realized I knew nothing about Vietnam - where to go/what to do??? Our trip was seamless- I gave her a list of what sort of things we thought we might want to do and she came up with an itinerary that we further tweaked to include a few random things I had recently come across. As a result we got to experience so many different parts of the magical country that is Vietnam Travel agents are often overlooked these days because it is so easy to book everything ourselves online but if there’s ever an indication of the value of a good travel agent we had it this trip when I received an email from Singapore Airlines informing me that our original return domestic connection from Brisbane back to Townsville (with Virgin) was rescheduled blah blah - Jodie noticed the flight had completely disappeared from the booking and had it fixed in a very short period of time- no time or stress on my part The moral of the story is use a good agent who will likely have travelled where you want to go or at least have local connections- and can fix up any issues that arise whilst you are out there enjoying your hard earned holiday!”
