Drawing on over 30 years’ of travelling experience, I’ll work with you to design your perfect trip. My personalised service will guide you through a smooth, enjoyable and easy booking process. I’m up to date with the latest travel news and regulations to save you time researching them and I have access to an extensive travel network so we can be sure to find a deal to suit you.
How does it work ?
The first step is to arrange an obligation free telephone appointment. This will allow us to get to know a little about each other to ensure that I am the best Personal Travel Manager for your requirements.

Once we’ve established that we are the right fit for each other I will then ask you to complete a client profile form for each traveller and ask that you pay your travel Commitment Deposit. We will then arrange a full consultation, either face to face, via telephone or via Zoom to start planning your perfect trip.
What is a Travel Commitment Deposit?
As your Personal Travel Manager, I have the insights, expertise and passion to ensure you receive a helpful and rewarding travel experience at every step of your journey.
Travel has changed over the last few years and there’s a lot more to consider. That’s why I am here to guide you through the process and make it as easy as possible for you. I will put together your personalised travel itinerary and provide you with all the current information you need to be aware of when you make the booking.
To ensure I can deliver a high level of service to each of my valued clients and give each booking the attention it deserves, I only take on a dedicated number of travel files each month. For this reason, it’s important that I work with clients who are committed to working with me.
How does it work?
Should you wish to engage my travel management services, a Travel Commitment Deposit is payable prior to any research or trip design commencing. This is a deposit to secure my services and is fully redeemable off the total cost of your trip when you make your final payment – this is not an additional payment on top of your trip cost. (Travel Commitment Deposit: $150pp – capped at $300 per family)
The Planning Process

Design: We discuss your plans so I can design the perfect trip for you.
We’ll start with a quick chat or an email to make sure I’m the best Personal Travel Manager for you and your travel needs. Once we both have a good understanding of what you are after, I can start researching the best options for you. Depending on the complexity of your trip, this may take anywhere from a few hours to a few days and I will work with you to get your trip right
Personalise: You’ll receive a personalised itinerary.
We will discuss all of the components of your itinerary to start making your dream a reality! Depending on your trip, there may be a few different flight options to weigh up, cruise cabin types to look at, or hotels to compare. We will also discuss your visa, passport and travel insurance requirements, as these are the most important details to get right.
Then we chat about which options suit you best and make any necessary changes. Your Travel Commitment Deposit includes three itinerary revisions over four weeks. If you require more changes or longer to finalise your plans, additional deposits may be required.
Once your preferred options are selected, you’ll immediately feel that buzz of relief and anticipation – holiday here you come! I will prepare a final itinerary for you to approve so we can get your trip locked in.
Confirm: Your booking is confirmed – start the countdown!
First, we get the necessary stuff out of the way by double-checking the itinerary details to make sure everything is correct. There’s a quick form to complete to approve the itinerary and acknowledge your understanding of the Terms & Conditions. Then we discuss your payment requirements. Some trips require full payment upfront; others allow a deposit to be paid, with a final balance due closer to departure. And that’s it, you’re all done! You can relax and start that countdown.
