I developed a passion for travel as a child watching documentaries with my Dad. Names like Lake Titicaca, The Serengeti, Iguazu Falls and Mount Kilimanjaro would sing their way through my nightly dreams.
At Eighteen, much to my fathers disappointment I threw in my Science Degree at Sydney Uni when I was offered the chance to work for Qantas. And there began a 25 year obsession with travelling and helping others to realise their travel dreams. I have worked in all areas of the travel industry – airlines, wholesalers, retailers and ski specialists, so I have a deep understanding of all the components that make up your holiday.
Most importantly, I have probably travelled to where you are looking at going to. I would consider myself an expert in Africa, Europe, Canada and Alaska, as I have travelled to these destinations many times. But have also visited most of the major travel stops in Asia, New Zealand, The Middle East and North and South America.
I work differently to most of the usual shop front travel agents. I take on fewer clients and spend longer getting to know you and how you like to travel. I will do extensive research into your chosen holiday to ensure it has the best located hotels, the right rooming configuration and best price for you. Designing a holiday is very different to booking a holiday. The difference is in the detail, and lack of attention to detail on a holiday can be disastrous.
Having children gave me a new area of travel obsession – successful holidays with kids. Not prepared to miss out on holidays for long, I began packing up the kids and putting them on planes early. I discovered there are many tips and secrets to designing a holiday so that both the kids and the adults get what they need. The reward for getting this right are life long happy family memories. To see different cultures and places through the fresh eyes of your children and grand children is very special.

With many of the world’s most famous art galleries and museums, iconic architecture, a thriving theatre district and as the setting for many of your favourite movies and TV shows, it would be hard to find a better centre of artistic endeavour.
