“Merran recently arranged a business trip for me to Australia from the United Kingdom. Wow! what a wonderful service she provided; hotels, transfer arrangements and flights - all sorted. For the start of my journey I was picked up from home and transferred to Birmingham International Airport, where I took a business flight to Sydney via Dubai. All details of the flight were explained in the excellent itinerary Merran had supplied. On arrival at Sydney I was transferred to my hotel. Merran had booked me into the Novotel Hotel at Darling Harbour in the heart of Sydney, I had a beautiful room overlooking the harbour in a central location where I could easily walk into the city and sightsee all the big attractions, such as the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. I was also able to take a short train ride out to Bondi Beach. Following the weekend in Sydney I then took a domestic flight from Sydney to Sunshine Coast, again fine details were explained in the itinerary, including flight details and check-in instructions. I was guest of honour presenting at the 2016 Claims Leakage & Fraud Forum spending a wonderful few days at the Novotel Twin Waters Resort. During this time I also managed a quick visit to the wonderful Australia Zoo. At the end of the week I was transferred back to Sunshine Coast Airport for a flight back to Sydney and transfer on to my International flight back to Birmingham, again all details went smoothly as explained in the detailed itinerary. Prior to my trip Merran kept me updated and it was easy for me to ask questions regarding finer points of the trip even with such a time difference between us. “Kerryn and I started planning a major trip to Europe early in 2016. We took our initial ideas to Merran and we talked through various possibilities. As our interaction progressed with Merran, the structure of our trip firmed up and the increasing complexity of what we wanted to do became apparent! One thing we really wanted to do was to spend some time on Greek islands. Merran’s suggestion was that we should end our trip in these islands – and this proved to be extremely sound advice. Our trip started on 26 May 2017 and ended on 1 September 2017. Despite our itinerary being quite complex (it ended up being 34 pages), we had a virtually trouble-free time. We were delighted with all the work Merran put into our complex itinerary and in preparing us for our trip. We had a fabulous time.”

“When we first thought about going on our dream trip to America I was weary of using a travel agent because I have never found anyone exceptional. But after speaking to my Aunty about my uncertainty in knowing what and where to book- she recommended Merran. When we arrived in Florida they were predicting a hurricane! Merran was so helpful in advising us and assisting in rearranging our plans so that we steered clear having our plans halted by the flight cancellations etc, as well as following up with credits etc on unused hotels!
