My career spans working with major companies in the IT, Finance, Government, Mining, Sporting, and Entertainment industries, as well as assisting families and individuals with personalized travel plans. Having worked both as a travel agent and within the airline industry, I bring a 360-degree perspective to travel and event planning. This comprehensive background has made troubleshooting second nature to me. In fact, it was solving a travel emergency that led me to meet my husband. While he wasn’t initially my client, his company referred him to me in a panic after his former travel agent failed to resolve a last-minute flight change. Thanks to my direct airline connections and expertise, I was able to resolve the issue seamlessly, and the rest is history.
My career began with sales and customer service at Qantas Airlines, where I developed the skills and knowledge that allowed me to provide high-level support for major account customers. Today, as an independent Travel and Event Specialist, I enjoy the flexibility to prioritize my clients’ needs without being confined to a single office or rigid working hours. I’m fully mobile and available to handle itineraries at any time, meeting clients wherever they are in the world.
