As in many professions, I operate in a service based business. Travel planning involves in-depth research, customised itineraries, and access to exclusive resources and partnerships. I believe in providing exceptional value to my clients, reflected in the level of dedication, expertise and attention to detail that will go into planning and managing your journey. I do not charge an upfront service fee for most packaged bookings, however there are exceptions. I do have my own set of fees attached to changes and cancellations, in addition to the fees that the airline or land supplier will charge, and these reflect the time and effort that goes into enacting these. Please read the below carefully to ensure that you are aware of my fees.
Complex Itinerary Planning – $250 per booking, redeemable on booking. This fee is payable after the initial consultation, before your itinerary is planned and is non refundable if you decide not to proceed.
Domestic – $15pp
Trans Tasman – $20pp
International Economy/Premium Economy – $30pp
International Business/First – $50pp
Internal overseas – $50pp, per flight
Domestic Air-only bookings – $50pp
Trans Tasman Air-only bookings – $80pp
International Economy/Premium Economy Air-only bookings – $150pp
International Business/ First Air-only bookings – $250pp
Round-the-World Economy/Premium Economy – $250pp
Round-the-World Business/First – $350pp

Changes to Domestic Air after booking – $40pp
Changes to International Air after booking – $60pp
Domestic cancellation admin fees – $50pp
International cancellation admin fees – $75pp
Please note, in the event of cancellation, all deposits, service fees and commissions are non refundable.
Specific cancellation fees relating to your individual booking will be noted on your documents prior to booking for transparency.
