The Booking Process

My aim is to create a stress free and relaxing experience when planning your next getaway so that you can focus on what truly matters – creating lasting memories!

Say Hello

The first step towards creating your holiday is to contact me! I am available via email or phone, and you can also find me on my Facebook page via the homepage of the website. See my working hours there, and contact me to make an appointment. We’ll set up a time for an initial consultation – this can happen via phone, email in some cases, or via a face to face meeting at a cafe local to you – the coffee is on me!

Paperwork

At the end of our initial consultation, you’ll be directed to fill out Client Registration Forms for all travellers if you’ve never booked with me before, as well as a New Travel Form, which will give me the information that I need to create the perfect trip, designed with all your needs and preferences in mind. You will only need to complete the Client Registration Form the first time that you book with me.

Planning and Booking

Here is where the fun really begins! I will take the time to research the best options for you, using my expertise and the information provided in your paperwork and initial consultation, and put together a travel plan that has been designed just for you.  This is a completely interactive process, where I will work on your trip until you are 100% happy with it. We will go through any important information that you need to know about, regarding terms and conditions as well as things like travel insurance, passports and visas, and I will answer any questions that you may have to ensure that you are entirely comfortable. At this stage, payment will be required to secure your trip. This might be a deposit, or it may be full payment, depending on the booking conditions and travel dates. There are several secure payment options available, including credit card (fees apply), Bpay and EFT. I unfortunately cannot accept cash.

Travel Time!

Your travel documentation will be given to you 2-3 weeks before you travel. Depending on your level of comfort and preference I can post these, we can meet and go through them in person, or I can organise a phone call to talk you through the documents once you’ve received them. It’s then Bon Voyage and have an amazing time on your trip! Of course, if you run into any problems while you are away, you are able to contact me, and I will also provide you with a list of applicable contacts for your trip.

Feedback

I love to hear about your experiences, the highlights and the hidden gems, but also if something has not met your expectations. All of this feedback helps me with future planning and I can’t help but want another opportunity to talk about travel with you! I also appreciate your referrals to likeminded travellers!
