Holders of a “Learner” or “Restricted” Driver Licenses are unable to drive in Samoa, by Law. Driver’s under the age of 25 require an additional fee. CDW insurance with excess reduction pto SAT 400 (approx. AUD 210) is included. All drivers must purchase a “Samoan Temporary License” at SAT 21.00 (payable in cash or by credit card) per license, which will be issued upon delivery of the rental car.
