I was bitten by the “travel bug” over 25 years ago on my first overseas trip backpacking around Europe. I have since travelled extensively to over 40 countries and just love exploring new destinations. While I now prefer my suitcase with wheels and comfortable hotels rather than my backpack and hostels, my love of travel has not changed. If anything my “to do” list just keeps getting longer.
My travel career began with a major retail chain in a busy Sydney CBD location. In my 10 years with that company I held positions as a Retail Consultant, Assistant Team Leader, Corporate Travel Account Manager and then transferred home where I became Team Leader of the local store here in Albury.
I joined TravelManagers in May 2010 and absolutely love being a Mobile Personal Travel Manager. While I did enjoy my time in a busy retail office, I love that I am now able to give each of my clients the time and service they deserve. I get to spend more quality time with each client, planning and preparing their holidays of a lifetime.
My clients love that I am available to see them at a place and time convenient to them and they no longer have to waste time lining up to see me.
I love working with my clients to create unique, tailor made itineraries suited to their needs including independent adventures, family holidays, cruising and group tours. Recently I arranged a conference for 93 people to Queenstown, New Zealand. I organised everything from flights, transfers and accommodation through to their activities, gala dinner and entertainment.
